We would love to learn more about your congregation. The questions below touch on basic program eligibility requirements for the Sacred Places Indiana Fund. After completing this form, a member of our team will be in touch with information about how your historic house of worship might participate.

Saving Places that Matter to Indiana

In what Indiana county(ies) are your house(s) of worship located?
Is your religious property eligible for the local, state or National Register Of Historic Places?
Was the structure where your congregation resides originally constructed as a house of worship?
Is your congregation at least three (3) years old?
Has your congregation experienced stable or growing membership over the last three (3) years?
Has your congregation completed a Building Conditions Assessment in the last three (3) years?
Has your congregation completed a Fundraising Feasibility Study in the last three (3) years?
Has your congregation conducted a capital campaign previously?
Does your historic building(s) have significant capital needs related to repair or restoration of the building’s surfaces, structural systems, facility upgrades (HVAC, accessibility, fire safety) or significant artistic features?
Has your congregation already begun construction work on a capital project(s)?
Is your congregation ready to undertake a significant capital campaign?
Has your congregation already begun raising funds for a current capital campaign?
